We will go through the reformer machine in detail and discuss how you can get the most benefit out of your classes.
How do muscles get stronger? What is the most effective way to build strength on the reformer.
Why is strength and resistance training so important ?
We will talk about technique and answer any burning questions you have like “ am I doing this right?” “what should I be feeling” etc
