Pilates Reformer - Ready to reform your exercise?

The Pilates Reformer is a specialist piece of Pilates equipment designed to allow for a more dynamic and targeted workout. A wide variety of exercises are done on the Reformer promoting length, strength, flexibility and balance. If you've always wanted to give Pilates Reformer a try but didn't know where to start - then this is the ideal workshop for you.

This 60 minute introductory workshop with Studio Director Anna Henderson will ensure you will come away 
- Fully introduced to the Reformer, knowing how it works and the best techniques to get the most from your workout
- Completing Beginner level exercises on the Reformer with confidence
- Progressing your exercise at your pace, so when you're ready you can increase the challenge safely
- Ready and set to join our weekly Reformer classes, available four days a week at movefit pilates.
