CrossFit 3+
Our standard CrossFit Membership.
This membership has no restrictions on bookings and allows for FOB access to the open gym all day in addition to classes. (Please speak to a coach about getting a fob if you need one).

This is our most popular membership. For optimal results we recommend you train 4/5 times per week, 3 days in one day off and utilise open gym for mobility and any extra skill work.

CrossFit 2
This membership allows booking onto any 2 classes and one open gym slot per week. This membership is great if you take part in a high intensity hobby or sport and want to do CrossFit as additional strength and conditioning training.
Late cancels will forfeit the class.

CrossFit 10 Class Pack
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.
10 Class Pack, this can be used for any class at any time. For members who cannot commit to a set amount of classes per week/month. . Excludes Courses.
