Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? Whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym you also have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.

Choose from any of our Personal Training packages to suit your training goals and availability to train. We have a number of packages available, and these can be discussed with your coach before comitting to ensure you are on the best plan for you.

1-1 Personal Training (x12 sessions monthly)
1-1 personal online training - This is based on training x3 per week. We are Team YOU!!

1-1 Consultation - Goal setting, Stat check, Health Q&A
You will meet x3 per week with your Trainer at an arranged time/day and be coached through your programme that we plan around your fitness goals.
You will be given a Goal specific programme, and your coach will ensure that you progress and feel motivated each and every week.
Nutrition guidance
A weekly accountability check in - to ensure we set weekly goals to ensure we get results and stay on track.

1-2-1 Pilates Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 7 days.
Book a 1-2-1 Pilates Coaching session - Work with our specialised Pilates Coach Jo 1-2-1 Great as a one off refresher if you are new to Pilates, or would just like coaching to better and develop your own practice. Super Seniors Pilates Class Single

This is a gentle Pilates & Fitness session suitable for beginners and Improvers - A Mixture of standing and chair based exercises. These Friday morning classes are aimed at our older adults community. These classes are also run in conjunction with the HeartstoHerts Charity and Parkwood Drive Surgery enabling clients with heart conditions and health conditions to ease back into gentle exercise pre or post treatment.

Must have full clearance from your GP before commencing on this class. There is a special discount for those that are members of the Heartstoherts Charity & Parkwood Drive Surgury. You will be prompted at check out to get in touch to receive your Heartstohearts discount when purchasing. Non members of the charity normal class rates apply. But is suitable for anyone looking for a gentle ease back into exercise. Just £7 per Online class, or choose from one of our selected memberships listed on the booking system.

This programme is for those serious about wanting to change shape longterm, improve their lifestyle and work with weights and resistance training. With the aim to diminishing excess body fat and developing good strong lean muscle. This is our newest Personal training programme where we coach up to 5 people per session. This Brand new programme is based on a 4 week rotation, whereby you will get a programme to follow and coached at The Fit-Hut x3 per week and tweaked each week to suit you, ensuring you get the best possible results each and every week!!

What you will get: Up to x3 In house Small Group personal training sessions per week (max of 12 In-House sessions p/m), PLUS have FREE access all areas to our Digital On-Demand service with Workouts to do anytime, amywhere.

If you are unable to attend all 12 of your HUT sessions within the month, you can choose a Live online session, or join us for one of our Outdoor Fitcamps from our timetable, in place of.

What you will get: Up to x2 In house Lift Lean Small Group personal training sessions per week (max of 8 Lift Lean Personal Training p/m), x4 Lift Lean HIIT Circuits p/m (allowing you to get up to x3 in-house sessions per week) - PLUS have FREE access all areas to our Digital On-Demand service with Workouts to do anytime, anywhere. If you are unable to attend your personal training sessions within the month, you can choose a HIIT Circuit or choose from our Live online sessions, or join us for one of our Outdoor Fitcamps from our timetable.
