This is our most popular Personal training programme where we coach up to 8 people per session. This Lift Lean 6 week pack is a great introduction for anyone new to resistance training or for those just wanting to improve and get in even better shape! You will get a programme to follow and coached at The Fit-Hut Up to 3x per week and each and every person that joins our programme will get 1-2-1 attention and have the programme tweaked/modified and progressed each week to suit you and your goals, ensuring you get the best possible results each and every week!! What you will get: In house Small Group personal training sessions, access to our On Demand sessions. Plus weekly Check-ins where we set you goals, monitor your Nutrition and make sure you are always ready for the week ahead.
