Lift Lean Monthly Small Group Personal Training Membership
This programme is for those serious about wanting to change shape longterm, improve their lifestyle and work with weights and resistance training. With the aim to diminishing excess body fat and developing good strong lean muscle. This is our newest Personal training programme where we coach up to 5 people per session.

This Brand new programme is based on a 4 week programme rotation, where you will get a programme to follow and coached at The Fit-Hut twice per week and your programme modified where needed each week to suit you, ensuring you get the best possible results each and every week!!

What you will get: Up to x2 In house Lift Lean Small Group personal training sessions per week (max of 8 Lift Lean Personal Training p/m), Plus either x4 HIIT Circuits or Pilates Classes each month (allowing you to get up to x3 in-house sessions per week) - PLUS have FREE access all areas to our Digital On-Demand service with Workouts to do anytime, anywhere.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
