What: How to achieve your first bar muscle-up - and how to make them more efficient

Goals: Gain an understanding of the movement to achieve your first bar muscle-up or string together several in a row. And even if you don't reach your goal during the workshop, you then know exactly what steps you still have to take afterwards in the WODs and Open Gym classes!

For whom: Anyone who can already do multiple chest-to-bar pull-ups. Suitable for people who already did a Bar Muscle-Up workshop before too!
