Silver 121 Coaching - Personal training 2 Session/Week Membership

Silver personal training package includes 2 personal training sessions per week with coach Andy. Contact the gym via website, email or social media to book in once paid. Coaching sessions can be booked for times which the gym is not usually open - this offers a private training space for clients - as well as during opening hours.

Sessions are not transferable.

3 months minimum sign up. Contracts are rolling on a 1 cycle basis after the original contract of 3 months. If you stop paying or leave before your original contract is up, the remaining cost is due in full at that time. Once your contract is up, AMG Lifting Lab has a 30 day cancellation notice. When cancelling, a 30 day notice period will apply to your account. A customer will be required to give at least this number of days notice prior to their membership ending. For example, if this is set to 10 days and a customer cancels their membership 5 days before their next billing cycle, they will still be billed in 5 days but not after, and their membership will be valid until the end of their next billing cycle.

If cancelling a personal training session or class, you must give more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this 24 hour period will be charged full session cost including no-shows.
