There is no minimum term for Model, Make, Multiply and Master your Momentum memberships when purchased at full rate and your membership bills monthly period to period until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time, but you do have to give 28 days notice.
2. 28 day notice period
When cancelling, please ensure you do so at least 28 days BEFORE your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel with less than 28 days until your next billing date, you will be billed for one final cycle, and you have the full month to take advantage of all your classes. Memberships cannot be cancelled with less than 28 days notice.
Example: your membership bills on the 30th of every month. You must cancel by the 2nd of the month to give 28 days notice. If you cancel on the 16th for example, this is only 14 days to your next scheduled payment date, so you will be charged one last time.

You can conveniently cancel via the GoTeamUp account dashboard, or alternatively contact us and we can arrange it for you in line with the 28 day cancellation period.
4. Cooling off period
As within your consumer rights, you have 14 days from entering a recurring membership (Model, Make, Multiply, Master your Momentum) to receiving a full refund if you change your mind. Please be aware that this does not apply to the Momentum Method payment plan as you are booking a course with set dates. You must notify us via email for us to action your cancellation within the cooling off period.
5. Upgrading and/or downgrading
We‘re always happy to chop and change your recurring membership as you need it and we can action these changes immediately. Please get in touch with us for changes you want to me made with immediate effect. However we are not able to downgrade if you missed the 28 day cut off for membership cancellation, your final payment is the same as your original plan. Any changes from your next billing date, you can conveniently and quickly make yourself via your GoTeamUp account.
6. Pausing your membership
A £10 one-off admin fee is chargeable every time a membership pause is scheduled.
If you cannot attend for 28 days or more, we can pause your membership for a maximum of 3 months after which it will resume as normal.
We cannot pause your membership if you go on holiday for a week or two. Instead, please make use of the flexible nature of the bookings and schedule your sessions around your trips and commitments.
If you are not planning on returning, you must ensure to cancel with 28 days notice to your next scheduled payment date/the end of your membership pause. If you fail to give 28 days notice, a £50 cancellation fee is chargeable.
If you decide to pause your membership and do not return after the maximum period of 3 months and we do not hear from you within 7 days, a £50 cancellation fee is chargeable.

30 Days of Open Training
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 30 days.
Whoop! This is THE plan for anyone who's keen to grab UNLIMITED open training for a 30 day period! Once you have purchased the plan, head to the schedule and select as many open trainings as you like over the next 30 days!
The 30 day period starts on the date of the FIRST registration.
Open trainings are an opportunity for you to practice anything you are currently working on and have been taught before. Please be aware that open trainings are NOT taught sessions although an instructor is present for supervision. You MUST have existing pole or aerial experience of at least 6 taught classes to attend these sessions, you will otherwise be asked to leave and attend a beginner class.
Equipment is allocated on a first come first served basis. If you wish, you can swap equipment with another participant during the session, equipment may be shared.
By coming to our Open Training, you agree to abide by our Open Training Oath. If you fail to meet our Training Oath, the instructor may ask you to leave the session. By coming to Open Training, you agree to the rules below:
- I AM AWARE THAT I AM NOT DIRECTLY INSTRUCTED OR CLOSELY SUPERVISED BY A TEACHER.
- I WILL NOT TRAIN ANYTHING WHICH I AM UNSURE OF OR HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE.
- I WILL USE THIS TIME TO TRAIN TRICKS AND MOVEMENTS I HAVE LEARNED PREVIOUSLY IN CLASS AND FEEL CONFIDENT WITH.
- I WILL USE ALL AVAILABLE SAFETY EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CRASH MATS.
- I WILL BE MINDFUL OF MY SURROUNDINGS, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT AND OTHER STUDENTS AND I WILL MAKE SURE I AM SAFE IN MY PRACTICE.
- I WILL NOT WEAR HEELS ON THE MATTED FLOORING.
- IF I NEED A SPOTTER I WILL HAVE ONE, OR I WILL NOT TRAIN THE TRICK.
- IF ANY MOMENTUM INSTRUCTOR BELIEVES ME TO BE TRAINING THINGS UNSAFELY OR DOING THINGS WHICH ARE CREATING A DANGER TO MYSELF OR OTHERS THEY MAY ASK ME TO STOP. IF I FAIL TO DO SO I AM AWARE I WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SPACE AND NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY PAID TRAINING TIME.
