The essential no frills membership - 5 classes per month - 1 a week!
We give you 5 sessions to ensure you are sorted when it's a long month! And when it's a short one, you've got an extra class to use and treat yourself! This membership works out at £12 a class, which is a nice saving!

Don’t worry if you are on holiday or have to miss a session due to life, you have a total of 5 credits to use up per calendar month, so if you can’t make it once a week, you can come twice the next. This way, you’re never missing out, book catch ups yourself, and you can make the most of this membership by booking your training around life and stuff that comes up. It’s totally up to you how you use your credits and which classes you’d like to attend. There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time with 28 days notice before your next billing date via your GoTeamUp dashboard. Once you’ve signed up, your membership will be automatically added to your user account and you can start scheduling your classes right away :)

Aside from the epic savings, additional perks you get are double your classes through December, you are entered into our regular membership holders giveaways, and you receive free and unlimited access to open training, and online flex and Pilates classes. This membership bills on the same day every calendar month.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document is a copy of the terms and conditions all recurring monthly membership holders enter and agree to when purchasing any recurring monthly plan on the Momentum Pole & Aerial LTD booking system GoTeamUp.

All recurring memberships that bill monthly are subject to the listed terms and conditions. Do read these carefully please and ensure you are fully aware before joining on a recurring membership. By going ahead with the purchase of a recurring membership including Model, Make, Multiply, Master your Momentum or the Momentum Method payment plan, whether at full price or a discounted rate, you are agreeing to our recurring membership terms and conditions listed below.

We ensure our classes are running as consistently as possible throughout the year with minimal closure periods over Christmas/New Year and bank holidays.

All recurring memberships and payment plans are non-transferable.

1. Minimum term

There is no minimum term for Model, Make, Multiply and Master your Momentum memberships when purchased at full rate and your membership bills monthly period to period until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time, but you do have to give 28 days notice.

2. 28 day notice period

When cancelling, please ensure you do so at least 28 days BEFORE your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel with less than 28 days until your next billing date, you will be billed for one final cycle, and you have the full month to take advantage of all your classes. Memberships cannot be cancelled with less than 28 days notice.

Example: your membership bills on the 30th of every month. You must cancel by the 2nd of the month to give 28 days notice. If you cancel on the 16th for example, this is only 14 days to your next scheduled payment date, so you will be charged one last time.

3. Membership cancellation

You can conveniently cancel via the GoTeamUp account dashboard, or alternatively contact us and we can arrange it for you in line with the 28 day cancellation period.

4. Cooling off period

As within your consumer rights, you have 14 days from entering a recurring membership (Model, Make, Multiply, Master your Momentum) to receiving a full refund if you change your mind. Please be aware that this does not apply to the Momentum Method payment plan as you are booking a course with set dates. You must notify us via email for us to action your cancellation within the cooling off period.

5. Upgrading and/or downgrading

We‘re always happy to chop and change your recurring membership as you need it and we can action these changes immediately. Please get in touch with us for changes you want to me made with immediate effect. However we are not able to downgrade if you missed the 28 day cut off for membership cancellation, your final payment is the same as your original plan. Any changes from your next billing date, you can conveniently and quickly make yourself via your GoTeamUp account.

6. Pausing your membership

A £10 one-off admin fee is chargeable every time a membership pause is scheduled.

If you cannot attend for 28 days or more, we can pause your membership for a maximum of 3 months after which it will resume as normal.

We cannot pause your membership if you go on holiday for a week or two. Instead, please make use of the flexible nature of the bookings and schedule your sessions around your trips and commitments.

If you are not planning on returning, you must ensure to cancel with 28 days notice to your next scheduled payment date/the end of your membership pause. If you fail to give 28 days notice, a £50 cancellation fee is chargeable.

If you decide to pause your membership and do not return after the maximum period of 3 months and we do not hear from you within 7 days, a £50 cancellation fee is chargeable.

7. Recurring membership perks

By signing up to a recurring monthly plan, you get free unlimited access to online flex and pilates, as well as open training. Your membership purchase confirmation email contains two codes, one for online flex and pilates, and one for open training. To book your free perks, head to the booking system and select the online or open training sesh you want to register for and go to checkout. Here you will see a discount code field. Pop your code in, and it will set the amount due to £0 for you :)
We double your membership allowance free of charge every year in December for the ultimate pre-Christmas traincation.

8. Financial difficulty while on a membership

If you are experiencing financial difficulty while on a recurring plan with us, we invite you to get in touch so we can help without you having to miss payments or things getting stressful. If you miss a payment for a certain amount of time, a late payment fee may be payable via the payment processor to cover late payment charges incurred via failed payment attempts. If your payment ever bounces, please follow the instructions emailed to you automatically.

Without a set of rules for us as the service provider and you as the client, we cannot offer our classes as neither party know where they stand. Ensuring we have clearly stated terms and conditions in place which you agree to, means we can be a professionally run and fair business that provides the best classes possible.

    GENERAL

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
    This membership does not include one-off specialist workshops.
    This membership entitles you to discounts for certain workshops and courses which will be announced as and when they are scheduled. Your membership needs to be active at the time of the event for your discount to be effective. If you fail to make your monthly payment on your scheduled date by 3 days or more, all upcoming bookings are cancelled and you won't be able to make any reservations until payment has been made.
