Your Personal Training Starting Point begins with a focused Onboarding Session, where you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to assess your goals, movement quality, training history, and lifestyle.
From there, you’ll complete two 50-minute personal training sessions, where your coach will begin implementing a customized training plan tailored specifically to you—providing hands-on coaching, structure, and clear direction from day one.
This is the most effective way to accelerate results and train at a higher level within the LEAP system.

Team Training Starting Point
This 2-week introductory experience begins with a personalized Onboarding Session, where you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to assess your goals, review your training history, and map out the best path forward.
From there, you’ll have access to all Team Training classes for 2 weeks, allowing you to experience LEAP’s structured programming, expert coaching, and high-performance training environment firsthand.

Your 2 week access to our Team Strength and Team Peak Performance sessions begins on the day of your first session attended. .
