Your Personal Training Starting Point begins with a focused Onboarding Session, where you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to assess your goals, movement quality, training history, and lifestyle.
From there, you’ll complete two 50-minute personal training sessions, where your coach will begin implementing a customized training plan tailored specifically to you—providing hands-on coaching, structure, and clear direction from day one.
This is the most effective way to accelerate results and train at a higher level within the LEAP system.
