Introduction to Aerial Hoop (4 week course)

In this class, you’ll learn the basics of aerial hoop, (also known as Lyra) focusing on foundational moves, strength training, and body awareness. Whether you’re new to aerial fitness or looking to expand your skills, this class is designed to build your strength, flexibility, and confidence while suspended in the air.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through various poses and simple sequences, breaking down each move to ensure safety and proper technique. No experience is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to have fun!

Over time, you’ll develop upper body strength, improve your core stability, posture and enhance your flexibility.

Classes are fun, exciting and an extremely addictive way to workout! We maintain a strict ratio of 2 people per hoop, to ensure everyone gets sufficient practice time.

Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that covers the backs of your knees and arms to protect your skin. Get ready to soar, spin, and feel empowered as you take your fitness to new heights!
