Small Group PT Shred 40 - 4 Month Membership
4 months worth of small group training for a maximum of 10 people only to ensure a more personalised personal training experience. Class is a mix of Bodyweight (Workouts from our successful Shred 20 program) some equipment (course price includes a set of bands for first timers, skipping rope & medicine ball) and Yoga Shred inspired workouts to maximise fat burn over the 40 minute session.
