I would recommend TeamUp for other Pilates studios, as it takes the programming and the administration of payments, signing up to courses, taking payments, ticking people off if they've come.

Hi, my name is Jean Androne. I have a studio called Loving Pilates, and we are based in Woking Surrey in England. I've been using TeamUp now for, I started at the end of 2017 in our previous studio to this one. We opened this studio in September 2020 and we offer springboard reformer classes, springboard reformer group, studio circuit, we offer Pilates for men, for the older person, we do rehab one to ones and duets.

I couldn't really run my business without TeamUp. When I first started using it, I was quite daunted by all the tech side. Let's say that's not my forte, but I found that the customer service in TeamUp has been outstanding. And continues even, cause I started in 2018, 2017, it is still as good today as it was at the beginning. I would definitely recommend it. It certainly organizes and now offers an on-demand, which I haven't taken advantage of yet because in the first lockdown I created my own on-demand, but it was great that TeamUp also offered it and got on board with Zoom when we were all pivoting around, looking for new ways to create new classes, to hold onto the clients that we had. It was wonderful that TeamUp also incorporated Zoom which made it very easy to keep people coming to class. Just in a different realm. We continue to offer some Zoom classes. And it's quite nice to people from not necessarily down the road and around the corner.

We've got people, friends of friends and family members, people from overseas, other teachers join our teacher's class, which is also great. I would recommend TeamUp for other Pilates studios, as it takes the programming and the administration of payments signing up to courses, taking payments, ticking people off if they've come.

So if you're using the classes, the class module on the schedule, it actually will ticket tick off the classes automatically. And the courses you do it manually, it just takes care of, it's like your little admin person in the corner that's doing the work for you, and certainly, for somebody like me, who not very techy, it's actually really quite easy to use and you get the hang of it quite quickly.
