We certainly recommend TeamUp just in terms of the approachability, the customer service from the back end so they can give us technical support when we need it, franchisees are able to at the touch of a button get somebody on to help them.

My name is Vicky Macqueen and I am the CEO and Founder of Didi Rugby UK. We started very small in 2015 with my own classes in my local area called Hinkley Leicestershire in the Midlands and we started with eight children and a couple of coaches in the room. And now we're over 4000 children nationwide taking part in Didi Rugby which is amazing when I think about it. We've had a tough year, but we've managed to keep everybody really stimulated moving via our online systems, being able to connect with people and also using our brand ambassadors. So we've had some really good relationships with our Didi Rugby ambassadors that have come on and done skills and storytime and helps with classes and just made it really exciting for people as much as we could through lockdown.

We managed to find TeamUp very early on in our progress. We founded the company in 2015 and we managed to use TeamUp by 2016. So it was a great relief to know that there was such an amazing system that could basically do exactly what we needed to do, make it really seamless for the customer and for us it was really easy from our end as well. So it just enabled us to be able to put customers on the system, be able to have that data readily available and be able to have a couple of clicks to booking somebody on to class.

They could see all the classes that were available to them. So lots of really cool stuff that could integrate really nicely with our website. And then through lockdown, we managed to integrate Zoom as well. So that was a real positive for us very quickly. I think it was about 48 hours from the announcement of lockdown we managed to get all of our classes online with their individual coaches from different areas using the Zoom integration. That was fantastic for the business as well.

So I think we have grown with TeamUp. There's been lots of amends and great stuff the TeamUp have done from your end. We've had a really good relationship in terms of being able to ask what we need as well. So you managed to personalize TeamUp for us which has been brilliant. When we first came across TeamUp, we weren't sure if it was more of a gym membership sort of software, but actually, when we looked into it, it worked out really well for us with multiple location models. So we run classes in various areas of the country, but it's all very seamless in terms of the system because the booking system is in place. You just book on to the class in your area and the progress is massive in terms of you just keep multiplying. So it was very important to us that we could do as a multiple location model that works really nicely with TeamUp now as well. So it doesn't matter where the class is, people can just enter the details and they can find a class in the north of England, south-west, wherever.

We get quite a lot of people asking what system we use because they see that we're national nationwide now and we manage to facilitate classes all over the country. So yeah, we certainly recommend TeamUp just in terms of the approachability, the customer service from the back end so they can give us technical support when we need it, franchisees are able to at the touch of a button get somebody on to help them. Also, the forward-thinking, the way that TeamUp is very innovative and creative and it also looks after its customers in terms of what they actually need. So you can almost tailor-make the program to the customer, which is absolutely what we need and very willing to be flexible and take on board some of our comments and things that we help to improve the system and they're always looking to improve.
