I think TeamUp is great because it grows with the company. We started off really small, you know, just an online platform where people can exercise and do Pilates but then eventually we grew and TeamUp really accommodated what we needed with the multiple locations.
Hi, I'm Tiffany and I'm the creative director at Advantage Pilates. We're based in Singapore and we currently have five locations and we started TeamUp last year during the circuit breaker, which is COVID on lockdown. And we started with TeamUp with just online classes and then we moved to more locations and now we have five locations and we use TeamUp for all our booking. I'd been researching software since the beginning of 2020 in the year and so I'd been looking up and comparing different softwares and seeing how they work and definitely the things that our company needed, it's just that we wanted to start as a physical company, as a physical studio, it's just that COVID got in the way and things like that.
So we started with online first. And what we needed with the booking software was that it integrated with Zoom and ClassPass and TeamUp really worked for us in that sense. I did quite a fair bit of online research and then I got emails from different software companies as well, and I had chats with them as well. And then but eventually I found that the features in TeamUp worked for the company more as well as the price point as well.
I really thought that starting out it was very helpful because of the support and everyone's very proactive on the support end. Anything that I could ask usually got responded to in the same day, even though, you know, in Singapore and US timing, but still quite prompt. And I really like the support and all the things that we tried to do with other collaborations so that all the support has been there all the way. Yeah, so that's why I enjoy TeamUp.
I think TeamUp is great because it grows with the company. So overall, it's I think it's really good it's a really good software to use. And I really like that the company is always updating their features. So I think there are a lot of new updates. And I like seeing that there are many things, new things coming along. So I'm really excited about that as well.
