The Beginners On-Ramp course immerses you in your new health and fitness journey.
Two one-hour personal coaching sessions will take you through everything that is needed in order to gain an understanding of the basics of Olympic weightlifting. You will end the session being able to demonstrate and start to add load safely.
Membership entitlement:
2 x one-to-one personal coaching sessions in the fundamentals f Olympic weightlifting.
Any three Group sessions a week.
Extras include: 5 Group Cycling sessions, goal setting review, Body Composition, Baseline fitness test.
