Each session is designed around the movements we find in life. In the gym environment we find these movements are reflected in the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
With no two sessions ever the same you are constantly challenged every time you train. This creates an environment where you are motivated and engaged to achieve more than you ever believed you, your mind or your body could ever do. Sessions are highly scaleable and accessible to everyone. You start out with a warm-up, a review of the movements and a discussion about the workout that day. There is a high level of coaching instruction and help, from at least one coach, to make sure you’re working in a safe and effective manner.
We use the recognised ten components of health and fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, balance, agility and accuracy. This ensures every aspect of your performance is developed equally to create a well rounded level of health and fitness ability. Improving not just a sporting performance but also allowing you the highest quality of physical life.
Usage limits are:
Access to one attendance of the 'Daily Workout and one attendance to a specialism session (Olympic weightlifting, Gymnastics, Strongman or Endurance).
It is strongly advised that training is controlled and measured. We recommend three days training, followed by one day active recovery (rest) to achieve maximum results. Remember 'Less is more'!
