Sweat Therapy Reset is a 6-week, in-depth strength, mobility, and recovery program designed to help you feel better in your body, move with confidence, and build real, lasting strength. This is not a typical workout program. It’s a more personalized, small-group coaching experience led by Coach Isabelle, combining movement assessment, corrective exercise, strength training, recovery, and simple nutrition guidance into one structured system.
Each participant begins with an initial one on one in depth assessment to identify movement limitations, imbalances, and areas of opportunity. From there, you’ll receive 12 individualized corrective work and coaching within a small group setting (2 in person sessions per week and 1 at home), allowing for a high level of attention while still benefiting from the energy of a group. Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll train three times per week (in person and at home) with a focus on:
Improving mobility and movement quality
Building strength safely and effectively
Addressing underlying imbalances
Learning how to train with intention
The program also includes 6 recovery sessions using sauna and cold plunge, along with simple, sustainable nutrition guidance to support your results. At the end of the program, you’ll complete a reassessment to clearly see and feel your progress—so you leave not only stronger, but with a better understanding of your body and how to continue moving forward. This program is designed to provide a more in-depth, personalized approach to training. If you show up consistently and follow the process, you can expect to move better, build strength, and leave with a clear understanding of how to continue progressing beyond the 6 weeks.
Assessments include, but are not limited to:
Static posture and alignment patterns
Primal pattern movement mechanics (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotation, gait)
Muscle imbalances and mobility restrictions
Core function and foundational stability
Lifestyle factors influencing pain and performance (stress, hydration, sleep habits)
You will receive a clear breakdown of how your body is currently moving, where imbalances exist, and a structured plan to improve your foundation. This is ideal if you're looking to get out of pain, clean up movement patterns, and build strength safely. These will be booked individually at the start of this 6 week program.
