Start Strong – Your First Month On Us
If you’ve been thinking about starting CrossFit, this is the best way to do it.
We’ll guide you through your first month of training so you can build confidence, learn the basics, and experience how CrossFit Bosham works — properly.
What’s included:
• 6 CrossFit classes
• Full coaching in every class
• Access to our allocated starter classes on the timetable
• Support from our coaching team from day one
Getting started properly (important)
To help you feel confident, safe, and get the most from your classes, we highly encourage everyone to complete at least 2 Personal Training sessions early on.
For most people:
• Minimum 2 sessions to cover the basics
• 4–6 sessions if you’re completely new to training
This helps you learn movements safely, and avoids you feeling lost in classes.
Our lead coaching team — George, Dave, and Derek — will guide you on exactly what they recommend based on your experience and how you’re getting on, so you’re not left guessing.
What happens after your first month
Once your 6 classes are used, your membership will automatically continue as our Bronze Membership:
• £85.00/month
• 9 class credits per month
• Access to a wider range of classes

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
