NEW BEGINNERS INTRODUCTION TO REFORMER PILATES

This is an intro programme  for any new beginner who wants to get started but has no experience. It will start from the fundamentals and add gentle progression to give you a wholesome experience of working on the reformer.  It will help build strength, improve posture , flexibility , lean muscle mass and bone density to make you feel amazing . Commitment period - 12 weeks . No cancellation allowed before that time period. The purchaser can continue with regular group sessions listed on the calendar  after finishing with this programme..
