One-to-One Personal Training
Our one-to-one personal training is for anyone who wants focused, individual coaching alongside their training.
These sessions are completely tailored to you — your goals, your body, your lifestyle — whether that’s building strength, improving technique, gaining confidence in the gym, or getting back into a consistent routine.
You’ll work directly with me in a private session where the focus is entirely on you. We’ll look at movement quality, progression, mindset and accountability, with coaching that adapts as you do.
One-to-one training is ideal if you:
Want more personalised support
Have specific goals or injuries to work around
Feel a bit lost or lacking confidence in group sessions
Want to fast-track progress with expert guidance
Like the accountability of a dedicated session
This is a limited-availability service and works perfectly as:
A standalone option
An add-on alongside group training
Short blocks to sharpen technique or reset motivation

£50 per 60-minute session
Members option: 3 sessions for £120
