For the best results, tracking your calories is important, but since everyone is different, we’ll collaborate to find what works best for you and your lifestyle.

Each week, we will do a reflection on the previous week and discuss the upcoming week. This is an effective way to identify areas for improvement and recognize what you’re doing well. Many clients benefit greatly from this approach.

Gym Only Membership
The Gym Only membership is designed for individuals who prefer the flexibility of working out on their own schedule.

Whether you’re struggling to fit classes into your busy life, have specific workout routines you want to follow, or need a space for rehabilitation exercises, the Gym Only membership provides you with the freedom to train at your own pace in a supportive environment.

The Gym is available for open use Monday to Friday, 8am - 9.30am, 10.30am - 11.30am, and 11.30am - 12.30pm.

Over 50's Monthly Membership
2 classes per week

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30am

This is a specific class for over 50's only - this will give you the opportunity to exercise with others who are at a similar experience and ability level, whilst feeling supported and comfortable.

This membership also include personalised habit tracking, goal setting, and nutrition advice
