None! All fitness abilities are welcome. We all have to start somewhere, so come as you are, and we will teach you.
✅ Consultation
We will set aside 30-40 minutes for a consultation, during which you will learn exactly how the program works. We will discuss your goals, calories, nutrition, and habits so that I can create the best plan for you.

You will be part of a like-minded fitness community that can relate to your journey. This is a space where you can connect, share, and find inspiration. ✅ The Training Program
You will do 3 day structured training classes per week. Plus, you’ll have full access to attend any classes at Geefit and be part of the larger community.
✅ Nutrition Guidance and Goal Setting
I won’t give you a strict diet plan; instead, we will work together to create the best plan for you. We will find out what foods you enjoy and develop a meal plan around your favorite foods. For the best results, tracking your calories is important, but since everyone is different, we’ll collaborate to find what works best for you and your lifestyle.
✅ Weekly Reflection
Each week, we will do a reflection on the previous week and discuss the upcoming week. This is an effective way to identify areas for improvement and recognize what you’re doing well. Many clients benefit greatly from this approach.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
