This is a structured 1:1 coaching experience designed to build your confidence, your movement skills, and your understanding of how we train for those apprehensive in stepping straight into a group setting.

In 60 minutes, we’ll take you through and individually tailor for you the 6 fundamental movement patterns we use in our classes:

  • Squat

  • Hinge

  • Push

  • Pull

  • Ergs (bike, rower, ski)

  • Core

This pre-assessment sets you up for success to start in our small group coaching classes.
