Anxiety can be such a pain & we completely understand that visiting a new space, meeting new people & trying a new hobby can be a triple whammy of nerves! Or maybe you've already made up your mind you want to book with us, but want some help with navigating our booking system etc. So why not book a consultation? Our consultations exist to take away as much anxiety as possible, and allow you to meet your Instructors, see the space and ask any questions you have.
