Purchasing this credit does not guarantee you a space in a Consultation; please head to our Private Lesson tab to check availability & book. Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase (e.g if you purchase on the 1st January, you can book a Consultation within that 4 week window until 28th January.Anxiety can be such a pain & we completely understand that visiting a new space, meeting new people & trying a new hobby can be a triple whammy of nerves! Or maybe you've already made up your mind you want to book with us, but want some help with navigating our booking system etc. So why not book a consultation? Our consultations exist to take away as much anxiety as possible, and allow you to meet your Instructors, see the space and ask any questions you have. If you choose to book an Intro to Pole course/ Taster or class with us afterwards, your £10 consultation fee will be deducted from your first payment!

• All credit purchases are final, wholly non-refundable or transferable.
• Your £10 paid will be applied against your next booking with us after your Consultation.
• Purchasing your Consultation Credit does not guarantee your space in a Consultation, nor book you in. These must be booked on the Private Lesson tab from our Schedule. We recommend checking availability before purchasing.
• Consultation credits are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Book your Consultation within that 1 month window.
• You are responsible for using your credits before they expire. You can check your credit's expiration date via your TeamUp account. Expiration dates will not be extended by PPS under any circumstances.

• We will not refund/ exchange / fix any issues arising from these not being read. Please get in touch before buying if you have questions.
