Programming includes extra work including and not limited to Oly, Strength, Gymnastics, Core, Aerobic Capacity and recovery. The aim is NOT to complete all the work posted each day, but to pick your weaknesses/things you don't want to do.
It is very important to note that if you are thinking about doing more work in your spare time, then you first have to look at your nutrition and recovery protocol. Improve you nutrition and recovery before thinking about adding this work.
All programming will be delivered on SugarWoD at no extra cost. Details on how to receive the programming will be delivered on purchase of the programming.
