Multi Pass Large Group Trial Summary- NEW MEMBERS:
This free trial pass includes 3 large group classes to be used over the course of one month. You can choose from Pilates, Yoga, Bold Fit, Bold Fusion, or Bold Strength.
This pass is designed to help you explore different class styles and find the sessions best suited to you and your goals. We’ve expanded our trial offer from one session to three because we understand that whether you’re returning to training or completely new to fitness, it can take time to discover what feels right for you.

Our Large Group sessions are similar to your standard gym classes, however due to the small numbers we can still tailor to your personal needs. Max 12 ladies per session.
Our diverse session offering is designed to support both fitness and overall wellbeing. By keeping everything under one roof, we make it easier to stay consistent, even when life gets busy. Our schedule encourages a hybrid, holistic approach to movement by combining high-intensity, strength and fitness classes with Yoga and Pilates to build core strength, improve mobility, and support mental wellbeing.
