Saturday 25th January
11am - 1pm: The Subtle Energy Body & Yoga Philosophy

Discover Your Invisible Anatomy. In this workshop we will explain and explore the subtle energy body - an intricate system that governs your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Deepen your experience of breath and bandhas and how it all relates to your physical body and your yoga practice.

Some topics we will talk about:
- Connecting to Your Life Force: Understand 'prana' - the vital energy that animates your being.
- Access Your Energy Centers: Explore the 'chakras' – very real energy centers along your spine.
- Peel Back the Layers of Self: Journey through the subtle energy bodies the 'koshas' - from physical to spiritual.

2pm - 4pm: Breathwork & Spinal Energetics

In this immersive session, you'll journey through various dimensions of breathwork, culminating in the powerful experience of tapping into your subtle energy bodies and experiencing them firsthand. Using vibration and the movement of energy in the body, you’ll discover the energetic currents along your spine, potentially leading to profound physical, emotional, and spiritual insights.

Sunday 26th January
11am- 1pm: External Limbs of Yoga – Living Your Practice

Bring the Wisdom of Yoga into Your Everyday Life. We'll dive deep into the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga that are often overlooked in typical asana classes. You'll learn how to embody the principles of yoga in your everyday actions, decisions, and interactions, creating a more balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling life.

Some topics include:
- Understand how the principles learned in physical practice apply to daily life
- Practical exercises to apply non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-greed in modern life
- Explore self-discipline, contentment, self-study, and surrender in your daily routine
- Learn how to perform actions without attachment to results
- Discover how to align your actions with your higher purpose for greater fulfillment
