This pass is for you if:
- You're a complete beginner to yoga and just want to get started right away in the room with us.
- You practice yoga already, have a little understanding of Ashtanga yoga and want to know more.
- You've practiced in led classes and now want to explore the 'Mysore' style.
- You're an existing practitioner and would like to get to know us.

Whether you're a beginner to Ashtanga, or more advanced, here at Stillpoint we can help you develop a safe, mindful and inspiring ongoing yoga practice. This pass gives you two weeks of access to all our classes, both in-person and online. Thats:

The Still Space Membership
The Still Space is a weekly Monday evening online event, hosted by Scott Johnson, where people come together and connect through the deeper teachings of yoga and mindfulness. It's a beautiful way to deepen your practice at the beginning of the week and set the tone for the days ahead.

It's a space where we can share our own ideas and thoughts on how different aspects of yoga and contemplative practice come alive in our lives. There are monthly topics where we practice, learn, discuss and share. There are presentations, meditations, yoga nidra sessions, pranayama practices and readings.

We take our time to listen, practice and allow the teachings and words of like minded voices drop in to our awareness and lives.

The Still Space Membership gives you:
