This session gently weaves together movement, breath, sound, and stillness—offering a deeply nourishing experience for both body and mind.

• A soft, moving meditation to help you arrive and settle
• Uplifting mantra meditation using mala beads
• Breath-focused meditation with hasta mudras (hand gestures)
• Guided awareness practice to deepen presence
• Deep relaxation, with optional head massage
