Our Community Class is a Foundation Flow held in the Hotpod, designed to be welcoming, steady, and accessible for all levels. Expect simple, nourishing movement, guided breathwork, and time to reconnect with your body in a supportive, non-judgemental space.
This class runs on the last Friday of every month at 12:30pm and is offered at a £5 Community Class Pass. It’s open to everyone in the local community, especially if money’s tight and regular classes aren’t possible right now.

We know so many of you love this workshop and want to come back again and again, so we’ve made it a little longer! This extended session gives us plenty of time for drills, strength building, supported practice, playful exploration, and of course a well-deserved savasana at the end.
This is a super fun, confidence-building, mood-boosting workshop where you’ll discover that you absolutely can balance on your hands and explore inversions free from fear. We’ll guide you through how to prepare both your body and mind, layering in accessible progressions before moving on to funkier variations when you feel ready.
Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned hand balancer, this workshop is for you. Expect heaps of anatomy-based tips and technique breakdowns to empower your home practice long after the session ends.

Join Veronica and Zoe for a special two-hour Air Mandala & Sound Bath workshop — an uplifting and expansive practice centred around the element of Air.
This all-levels workshop invites you to lighten, open, and reconnect with your breath, creating space in both body and mind. Through a fluid Mandala-inspired flow, we’ll explore circular, spacious movement and seamless transitions designed to cultivate freedom, creativity, and ease.
The physical practice will focus on the Heart Chakra (Anahata), with an anatomical emphasis on opening the chest, shoulders, and upper back. Expect expansive, breath-led movement that encourages release, lightness, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
In the second half of the workshop, Zoe will guide you through a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to support relaxation and integration. This meditative experience will soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and enhance a sense of openness and clarity.
