Peaceful Resonance: Multi-Instrumental Sound Bath
90-minute immersive Hotpod workshop
Friday May 15th 8pm
With Clive Martin
Step inside the warm, cocooning space of the Hotpod and allow the outside world to soften and fade. Peaceful Resonance is a deeply immersive 90-minute workshop designed to guide you into profound relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and inner calm — supported by heat, breath, gentle movement, and sound.
The session begins with soothing pranayama (yogic breathwork) and slow, grounding Yin Yoga postures, practised in the gentle warmth of the pod. The heat helps muscles soften more easily, allowing the body to release tension without force. As you move slowly and breathe consciously, the enclosed, low-lit space of the Hotpod creates a sense of safety and containment, encouraging the nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” and into deep rest.
From here, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep that allows the body to fully relax while the mind remains softly aware. Supported by warmth and stillness, this guided meditation creates a powerful bridge between movement and rest, helping stress dissolve and attention turn inward.
The final 45 minutes unfold as a multi-instrumental sound bath, where waves of sound ripple through the pod, surrounding you from every direction. Instruments such as Chinese wind gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, Celtic drum, Koshi chimes, rain column, meditation flow chime, and more are played to create rich layers of resonance and vibration. Within the intimate, dome-shaped space of the Hotpod, sound is amplified and deeply felt, allowing vibrations to gently wash through the body and support meditative rest on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
Peaceful Resonance is an invitation to experience true rest in a world that rarely slows down. Wrapped in warmth, held by sound, and free from external distraction, you’ll leave feeling grounded, replenished, and deeply restored — carrying a sense of calm and clarity back into everyday life.
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and empowering style of yoga developed in the 1980s by Larry Schultz, inspired by the traditional Ashtanga system of K. Pattabhi Jois. Designed to “get you there faster,” Rocket Yoga removes some of the rigidity of the traditional sequence and encourages creativity, accessibility, and play, all while building strength, mobility, and confidence.
In this workshop, join Rob with a brief discussion exploring the roots and philosophy behind Rocket Yoga, how it evolved, and how you can approach the practice in a sustainable and empowering way. Expect to see more poses from this series two Rocket sequence than series one.
We will then move into a 75-minute practice that includes focused drills to build strength, refine technique, and support arm balances, inversions, and transitions — giving you tools you can continue to explore in your own practice.
Recommended vinyasa flow experience required. Not suggested for new to yoga practitioners
Expect energy, challenge, and room to play. 🚀
Reset: Understanding and Calming the Nervous System
Workshop | Thursday 8 May | 8:00–9:15pm | £20
Stress is not just in the mind it lives in the nervous system. When we understand how the body responds to stress, we can learn simple ways to bring it back into balance.
This gentle and informative workshop explores how the nervous system moves through different states of connection, stress, and shutdown, and how these patterns influence how we feel, think, and respond in everyday life.
Drawing on insights from nervous system science and polyvagal theory, we will explore three common nervous system responses:
Connection – feeling safe, grounded, and able to engage
Mobilisation – stress, urgency, anxiety, or overwhelm
Withdrawal – shutdown, fatigue, or disconnection
During the session you will be guided through a range of simple, accessible practices that help support nervous system regulation, including:
grounding and orienting practices
breath awareness
gentle eye movements
soothing techniques for calming the body
somatic shaking to release tension
midline cross-over movements to support integration between the two sides of the brain
By the end of the workshop you will leave with:
a clearer understanding of how your nervous system responds to stress
practical tools to help regulate and reset when you feel overwhelmed
supportive handouts to continue the practices at home
The workshop is guided by Natasha Calia, whose work is informed by a background in nursing, decades of yoga practice and teaching, and many years of therapeutic and somatic bodywork.
This is a gentle and supportive session, suitable for anyone experiencing stress or overwhelm, or for those curious to better understand their nervous system.
Spaces are limited.
Join Veronica and Zoe for a special two-hour Air Mandala & Sound Bath workshop — an uplifting and expansive practice centred around the element of Air.
This all-levels workshop invites you to lighten, open, and reconnect with your breath, creating space in both body and mind. Through a fluid Mandala-inspired flow, we’ll explore circular, spacious movement and seamless transitions designed to cultivate freedom, creativity, and ease.
The physical practice will focus on the Heart Chakra (Anahata), with an anatomical emphasis on opening the chest, shoulders, and upper back. Expect expansive, breath-led movement that encourages release, lightness, and a sense of inner spaciousness.
In the second half of the workshop, Zoe will guide you through a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to support relaxation and integration. This meditative experience will soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and enhance a sense of openness and clarity.
✨ Open to all levels — no prior experience of Mandala or sound healing required.
