As the energy of spring begins to bloom, this special 75-minute Yin and Hot Stone ritual invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect to your roots so you can rise with clarity and intention.
Late spring is a season of growth, renewal, and gentle expansion. In this deeply nourishing workshop, we’ll explore long-held yin postures supported by the therapeutic warmth of smooth basalt stones. The heat of the stones helps melt tension, hydrate connective tissue, and encourage the free flow of energy — especially through the hips, side body, and heart space.
Rooted in the wisdom of spring’s upward-moving energy, this practice will focus on:
• Releasing stagnation and winter heaviness
• Supporting the liver and gallbladder meridians
• Opening the heart and side body
• Planting seeds of intention for the season ahead
Expect a slow, meditative pace, hands-on stone placements, grounding breathwork, and a closing integration to help you leave feeling clear, steady, and ready to rise.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No prior yin experience needed.
Come as you are. Leave rooted, renewed, and ready to bloom.
