Guided by Svenja, an experienced Qi Gong teacher and Shiatsu massage therapist, this session invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Through gentle, accessible Qi Gong sequences, you’ll cultivate breath awareness, improve energy flow, and release physical and mental tension. These movements are designed to be suitable for all levels, encouraging ease, softness, and presence.
The practice is complemented by Shiatsu-inspired techniques, drawing on principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support balance, relaxation, and embodied awareness. Expect a calming yet revitalising experience that leaves you feeling centred, spacious, and restored.
