We know so many of you love this workshop and want to come back again and again, so we’ve made it a little longer! This extended session gives us plenty of time for drills, strength building, supported practice, playful exploration, and of course a well-deserved savasana at the end.

We’ll guide you through how to prepare both your body and mind, layering in accessible progressions before moving on to funkier variations when you feel ready.
