Super-Teens is our fun, confidence-building training programme designed specifically for young people who want to get fitter, stronger, and more active in a safe, supportive environment.
We run two age-specific groups to make sure every teen trains at the right level:
Ages 9–13 — Mondays
Ages 14–16 — Wednesdays
Each session is coached by our experienced team and focuses on:
Strength, fitness, coordination & movement skills
Age-appropriate exercises that build athletic foundations without overloading joints.Confidence & body awareness
Teens learn how to move well, lift safely, and trust their bodies.Teamwork & social interaction
Fun partner drills, games, and challenges help them make friends and feel part of something positive.Healthy habits for life
We teach the basics of training, looking after their bodies, and developing a growth mindset.
Super-Teens is perfect for kids who want to get fitter for sport, improve their confidence, or simply enjoy being active.
With only one session per week, it fits easily into school schedules while still delivering meaningful progress.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
