CrossFit Kids is designed to excite your kids about physical fitness, friendship and fun.
During our classes your kids will learn functional movements in a group setting with the emphasis on fun and safe movement. They’ll learn the basic mechanics of running, jumping, throwing, swinging and much more. They’ll be taught how fitness can be fun, inclusive and broad in addition to setting them up for any sporting endeavours they want to chase in the future.
We are now running specific classes appropriate for 6-16 year olds (6 – 10, 11-16) with focus on getting active, building confidence and learning new skills.
Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
