Terms and Conditions for New Members' Introductory Offer: 14 consecutive Days for £19

1. Eligibility: This offer is exclusively extended to entirely new clients. Previous visits to any of our studios through any pricing option, involvement with third-party providers, or participation in the 'Bring a Friend' program disqualify clients from this offer.
2. Package Deactivation: Failure to acknowledge the policy emphasized in point 1.0 will lead to the deactivation of the package, with no possibility of refunds.
3. Duplicate Bookings: If classes were scheduled using the duplicate offer, a charge of £12 per session will be applied, irrespective of class attendance.
4. Activation and Duration: Upon purchase, the offer becomes active and continues for 14 consecutive days. Please be mindful of this timeline when purchasing the pass. This offer allows access to one class per day, encompassing all classes within the timetable, excluding workshops and events.
5. Location Access: This offer grants access to all locations affiliated with the Soham Yoga umbrella.
6. Refunds and Extensions: Strictly no refunds apply to this offer. Commencement dates cannot be modified, nor can the introductory offer period be extended.
7. Cancellations and Charges: Clients who fail to attend sessions will incur a £10 charge per session. Late cancellations will result in a £6 charge. We kindly urge you to cancel classes at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start.
8. Offer Combinations: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Concessions or student discounts are inapplicable to this pricing option.
9. Introductory Offer Conclusion: The introductory offer will conclude automatically at the end of the 14-day period and will not transition into a regular package.
