You receive guidance or treatment with Nicole twice a month to help you amplify your health goals. These sessions can be taken in person or online at a time of your choosing.

In addition, you have full access to the Livestream Deeper, Stronger and Kettlebell Pilates classes online, On Demand Video Library of classes to use when you want and the specially curated classes to help you live better for longer.
