By purchasing this membership you are entitled you to attend one of the upcoming Runners Workshops, hosted by Julian at FAR fitness and taking place at the SportsDock - University of East London. This isn't a gym pass; itβs your entry registration to attend a small group personal training session that takes place in the SportsDock Studio.
By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Physical Readiness: You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in high-intensity strength and conditioning activities.
