Start Strong – 8 Week Course for Runners

Since 2018 our New Runners course has helped 100s of women start running and learn to love it and the community it is built on. Now we’re doing the same for strength.
Start Strong is an 8-week course built specifically for runners who want to stay injury-free, run with better form and build strength that complements their running. 

You’ll learn the essentials; lifting technique, posture, and how to train safely and effectively, so you can run stronger for longer.
This isn’t about becoming a weightlifter. It’s about giving your running what it really needs.

This time we have 2 levels available.  If you have completed the first block and want to continue, you will be in the 19:30 class for Level 2.  Level 1 will be at 18:30.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on 7 Apr 2026. Expires 26 May 2026.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
