Welcome to the Tuesday Focus Runs. These are our NEW weekly group sessions that you can add to your training schedule.

The sessions will be programmed on a 3-4 week basis, i.e. 4 weeks of intervals, 4 weeks of hill reps etc. so that each week, you can improve and progress on previous weeks. Each 4 week block will be in the same location so as not to confuse anyone. The hill reps might be at Holyrood park or the intervals might be at Meadowbank Track, we will announce the program and locations well in advance.

We need to know who is joining the sessions.
Please also cancel within 6 hours if you cannot make the session, otherwise you lose the pass.

These will be fully coached sessions, so if you’ve never run a session like this before, you’ll be in good hands and feeling more confident by the end of the session. We will have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for each session, so don’t worry about your experience, we'll have something to challenge you.

You will also receive a PDF of the sessions in advance so that you know what to expect and what to bring. It also means that if you miss one of the sessions, you can still complete it on your own.
