2 month notice period required to cancel membership
We would like to ask for parents support by being brief when dropping and picking your child up. As you know we do not have the capacity for all parents to be with their children while they are training.
Please take no more than 5 minutes during this transition to get them ready for training with uniform 🥋 , water 💦 and flip-flops 🩴 .
The longer you prolong the departure the harder it gets, as we need to focus our attention on all children.
By doing this you will help us to prevent overcrowding and distraction during your child’s training.
It is normal for some children to have difficulty separating from parents when first attending the gym, so we would like the space for the newcomers to analise the environment and our methodology of training.
In our experience, children are nearly always quick to get involved in play or activities as soon as parents are gone.
In order to ensure the safety and quality of training for your children, we ask that at pickup you remember to stay in the foyer area (the entry hall by the front door) and wait for your child to be ready to leave .
This will help us to ensure a smooth transition from our gym to parent, and minimise the chaotic nature of pickup time for everyone.

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
