Visiting Veras Academy Luxembourg and want to train with us for a full week?
Our Weekly Drop-In Pass is designed for visitors who are already affiliated with another gym or martial arts academy and would like to train at Veras Academy Luxembourg during their stay.
The pass provides access to eligible classes for 7 consecutive days from the date of activation.
Please note:
This is a visitor pass and is not a regular Veras Academy membership.
Valid for 7 consecutive days.
Classes must be booked in advance through TeamUp.
Attendance is subject to class availability and eligibility.
Academy rules, waivers and uniform requirements apply.

Terms and Conditions
Membership Terms & Conditions
This Weekly Drop-In Pass is charged as a one-time payment and is non-refundable. The pass becomes active on the date of purchase and is valid for seven (7) consecutive calendar days. Any unused entitlement expires automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded, transferred or extended. A new Weekly Drop-In Pass must be purchased to continue training after expiry.
Veras Academy Luxembourg reserves the right to refuse participation in any class or programme. Such decisions are rare and will only be made by the Academy Owner or Head Instructor where necessary.
1. Participants must comply with these Terms & Conditions, Academy policies and the instructions of coaches and staff. Participation may be refused or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to: abusive, threatening, derogatory or defamatory behaviour; bullying or harassment; excessive foul language; sexual misconduct; deliberate use of excessive or dangerous force; intentionally attempting to injure another participant, coach or staff member; failure to follow the Academy booking procedures; disrupting classes; poor personal hygiene; or attending the Academy under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2. Weekly Drop-In Passes must be paid for in full before participation. Access to classes or Academy facilities will not be granted until payment has been received.
3. All participants must complete the required registration, accept the Academy Terms & Conditions and policies, and complete the Veras Academy Luxembourg Liability Waiver before participating.
4. Weekly Drop-In Passes are personal, non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant during the seven (7) day validity period.
5. Weekly Drop-In Passes cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Uniform
1. Participants attending Gi classes must wear the Official Veras Academy White Gi together with the Official Veras Academy Blue Rashguard underneath. Participants attending No-Gi classes must wear the Official Veras Academy No-Gi uniform (rashguard, shorts and spats). Veras Academy Luxembourg reserves the right to refuse access to classes and/or training facilities where the uniform policy is not followed.
2. Official Veras Academy uniforms and equipment are available for purchase or hire directly from Veras Academy Luxembourg.

Code of Conduct for Members & Visitors
1. All participants must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, including short, clean fingernails and toenails, and a freshly washed, clean training uniform appropriate for each session.
2. Remain off the mats unless otherwise instructed by a coach or instructor.
3. Outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited on the training mats.
4. All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff and fellow members with respect at all times and help maintain a safe, professional and positive training environment.

2. Remain off the mats unless otherwise instructed by a coach or instructor.
3. Refrain from discussing or criticising other people’s children or comparing their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Support your child by allowing our coaches and instructors to teach without interruption. Should you have any questions or feedback, please speak with a member of staff after the class has finished.
5. Veras Academy Luxembourg reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where a parent or guardian repeatedly disrupts classes or negatively affects the Academy’s learning environment.
