Get ten tailored one to one sessions with one of our experienced coaches, bespoke programmes designed to motivate you and maximise results. A trainer will develop a program that is specific to you and your goals. If you have an injury, if you want to climb a mountain, if you want lose weight, if you want to get in a ring … we will provide on going support, advice and encouragement to help you reach your objective quickly.

Terms and Conditions

This membership will entitle you a Trainer to offer the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you may need to help achieve your goals. It is understood between you and your Trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort. You are required to give your Trainer permission to train you as they see appropriate.

You are required to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved each visit. You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the dates and times booked are correct.

Cancellation Policy
• By the Client on more than 24hours notice - no charge/loss of session.
• By the Client within 24hours notice - Full charge & use of session
• By the Trainer - no charge/loss of session.

Refund Policy
If you are unable to continue the block of sessions for medical reasons, a refund may be available for unused sessions. You will need to submit a letter from your doctor clearly stating exercise restrictions prior to any refund being given. If you decide to cease training with 12 Rounds Boxing Ltd there will be no refunds given for unused sessions.

Late Arrivals
After 20 minutes your Trainer may leave the premises and you will forfeit your session. If the you arrive within the 20 minutes your Trainer will complete the time left of the original session. No extra time will be given.
If your Trainer is more than 10 minutes late on arrival to the session, you can have a full hour from the time that your Trainer arrives (if convenient), or you can have the remaining time of the session added on to another session.

Block Sessions
Sessions must be used within 12 weeks. We are unable to extend our Personal Training Packages.

Payment to be made via BACS transfer
