Middleweight Membership
Our monthly middleweight membership gives you any 2 sessions per week / 9 sessions per month (excluding Strength and Conditioning, yoga and programmes i.e. fundamentals and fight skool).

Payments will be taken 1st of the month and membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. Membership must be cancelled before the 1st of the month via the 'team up' self service account for the cancellation to take effect.

Heavyweight Membership
Our monthly heavyweight membership gives you any 3 sessions per week/12 per month (excluding programmes i.e. fundamentals and fight skool).

Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 10 days.
A 30 minute group session based on your experience level ( speak to one of our team to help work out what class is right for you ) that will introduce you to the 12 Rounds Methods coaches and members. When booking use code 12RBTS to get this session free of charge.
