Personal Training Terms and Conditions
This membership will entitle you to a trainer to offer the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you need to achieve your goals. Both parties agree to commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
You should arrive 5 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be delivered each visit. You should wear appropriate sports/fitness clothing and footwear and bring a water bottle.
You should book your session times directly with your trainer and your trainer will book your slots on our system.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the dates and times booked are correct.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL PACKS HAVE EXPIRY DATES. You cannot book sessions once your pack has expired.
Cancellation Policy
• By the Client with 24hours or more notice: no charge/loss of session.
• By the Client with less than 24hours notice: session will be charged/lost
• By the Trainer: - no charge/loss of session.
Refund Policy
12RB operates a strict 'no refunds' policy.
If however, you are unable to continue your sessions for medical reasons, a refund may be offered for unused sessions. You will need to submit a letter from your doctor clearly stating exercise restrictions prior to any refund being given.
Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your session your session will be cancelled and you will forfeit the session.
• If you arrive within 20 minutes of your agreed session start time, your session will begin when you arrive but will still end at the original end time. No extra time will be given
• If your Trainer is late for your session, you will be offered a full hour from the time that your Trainer arrives (if convenient), or you will be offered the option to re-arrange/make up time at a later date

Sessions must be completed within the package timescales (see individual pack details for conditions for your package). Sessions not used within these timescales will be lost
