If you miss a class one week, for example, due to sickness or a holiday, you can catch the studio class up by requesting a catch up session via email (email us at info@animatedphysio.co.uk). Up to 6 catch up classes can be authorised over the year, to be used as long as your membership remains active. Catch up classes must be requested prior to your holiday, or within a week of episodes of sickness and have a 1 month expiry date. A maximum of 1 studio class can be booked each day.
An unlimited number of Zoom classes can be booked on this membership. Zoom classes will operate whenever the studio is open.
1 x 60 minute massage appointment can be booked each month as part of this membership. Your month runs from your billing date each month, for example if your billing date is 17th, you have until 16th of the following month to book your monthly massage slot. It is your responsibility to book your monthly massage.
The studio will be open for 50 weeks of the year (closed for 2 weeks over Christmas). Reduced class timetables may run on other occasions during the year, at the discretion of Animated Physio. On demand classes can be accessed at any time, 52 weeks of the year. The membership cost is spread equally over the course of the year, with the investment being £77 per month.
3 month minimum term. 30 days notice before next billing date required when cancelling.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
